Parking and Site Access Systems
An end-to-end solution that manages subscriber, visitor, and paid access in one system for residential sites, residences, and commercial parking lots.
- Subscriber + visitor + paid
- Managed from one panel
- Offline & privacy-first

Subscriber, visitor, and paid access in one panel
With plate recognition, authorized vehicles enter automatically; visitor vehicles are logged, and paid lots calculate duration and tariff. Engineered together with LED displays, loop sensors, and barriers.
Subscriber management
Authorized vehicle list, periodic subscriptions, and resident/visitor separation.
Paid parking mode
Duration-based fees, flexible tariffs, receipts, and end-of-shift Excel reports.
Hardware integration
Works in a single project flow with LED displays, loop sensors, barriers, and turnstiles.
Occupancy & logs
Real-time occupancy tracking, entry/exit logs, and reporting.
How does site and parking access work?
- 01
Vehicle recognition
The plate-recognition camera reads the vehicle at entry/exit and determines subscriber vs. visitor.
- 02
Access decision
Subscriber vehicles pass automatically; visitors are logged, and paid-lot timing starts.
- 03
Barrier & display
The barrier opens and the LED display shows a welcome, occupancy, or tariff.
- 04
Billing & reporting
At exit, duration and tariff are calculated; a receipt is printed and shift/revenue reports are kept.

WHERE IT'S USED
From survey to go-live, end-to-end installation
- 01
Site survey
Passage points, distances, lighting, and existing infrastructure are reviewed on-site or remotely.
- 02
Compatibility check
Your existing camera, barrier, and network are verified for fit; any missing hardware is identified.
- 03
Quote & scope
A clear quote is prepared with hardware, software, and installation line items for your needs.
- 04
Installation
Cameras, barrier, and software are installed, positioned, and calibrated on-site.
- 05
Go-live
Testing, user training, and fine-tuning are done, and the system goes live.
About parking & site access
Are paid-parking tariffs flexible?
Yes. Hourly/daily, tiered, and custom tariffs can be defined; receipts are printed.
How are visitor vehicles handled?
Visitor plates are defined temporarily or logged, kept separate from resident vehicles.
Is it compatible with my barrier?
It integrates with most barriers/turnstiles via relay or HTTP/TCP; confirmed during the site survey.
Can I get occupancy and revenue reports?
Yes. Real-time occupancy, entry/exit, and (in paid mode) revenue/shift reports are exported to Excel.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The system runs offline on-site; the subscriber list and all records are kept locally.
