Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using PlakaNet, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License and Right of Use

PlakaNet grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for the purchased term (6 months or annual). The license is provided for a single-installation, single-site scenario.

3. Trial Version

The 7-day free trial is for evaluation. If no license is obtained after the trial, the related features may be restricted.

4. Restrictions

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software.
• Renting, sublicensing, or transferring the license to third parties.
• Removing or altering copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.
• Using the software in violation of applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

The PlakaNet software, its models, interface, brand, and all related content belong to Valnox İnovasyon Danışmanlık ve Reklam Hizmetleri A.Ş. and all rights are reserved.

6. Third-Party Hardware and Integrations

Installation, compatibility, and operation of third-party hardware such as cameras, barriers, and LED boards are the responsibility of their manufacturers. PlakaNet provides the software side only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided "as is". Plate recognition accuracy may vary with lighting, angle, camera quality, and environmental conditions; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the license fee you paid.

9. Term and Termination

Your license may be terminated upon breach of these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the software.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Kocaeli have jurisdiction over disputes.
